1. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before Shipment:
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
To request cancellation, please email us immediately at info@smartchefindia.com with your order number.
If your order has not been shipped, it will be cancelled and the full amount refunded.
After Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
In such cases, you can initiate a return request after receiving the product (refer to our Returns Policy).
2. Refund Policy
Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
For eligible cancellations (before dispatch), we will process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Refunds for Returned Products:
If you have returned an item after delivery, your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of item inspection.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In cases of defective or damaged products, we will offer either a full refund or replacement, as per your preference.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:
Used or damaged items.
Products returned without original packaging or missing components.
Custom orders or bulk orders (unless damaged or defective).
Items returned after 14 days of delivery.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund Policy
If refund is Approved by horeca suppliers refunds amount will be Credited to customer's account in 5-7 business days.
Return Policy
We offer 7 days of return policy from the date of delivered.
Shipping Policy
All products purchased will be delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and external factors.
Damages / Exchange / Replacement Policy
Exchanges , Replacement and Damages product will be delivered in 5-7 working days.
